Phase 1: Hazardous Material Removal

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in coordination with FEMA, is actively removing hazardous materials from properties impacted by the Palisades and Eaton fires. This service is provided at no cost to homeowners. Items such as paint, batteries, oils, pesticides, and propane tanks are safely removed with assistance from the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC).

Phase 2: Fire Debris Removal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers oversees this second phase. Property owners must submit a Right of Entry (ROE) form to allow cleanup to begin. Rad Builders Group encourages homeowners to submit this form—even if opting out—to avoid delays in their neighborhood.
